Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?
By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

- - Changing or canceling the order
- - Using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Which shipping providers do you use?
- We ship via the following methods:

- - UPS 2nd Day Air
- - USPS Priority
How long will it take to process my order?
- - Once we have receive your order, processing will take 1-3 business days. We try our best to get orders out as soon as possible and usually get orders out the door within 1-2 business days provided all contents of the order are in stock!
Will I receive a confirmation or tracking information when my order ships?
- - Yes! Once your order has been processed, an email tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the order. If you do not receive a tracking confirmation, please check your spam or junk email inbox to see if your email client may have accidentally identified the email as spam. Tracking information is always sent with each order.
Do you offer Military or Law Enforcement discounts?
- - Yes! We offer a 10% discount to Military and Law Enforcement. We simply ask that you send in some basic supporting documentation to email@example.com with the title " Mil/LE Discount" to receive the discount. We will reply with a unique discount code that can be applied to your entire order.
Do you accept orders from all 50 US states? What about international orders?
- - We accept order from all 50 US states.
- - Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept international orders at this time due to firearm/component regulations, however we are in the process of setting up international dealers!
