Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or replacement.

Once we have received the item(s) for return, a credit, refund or replacement will be issued within 14 business days. Please note that it can take an additional 3-5 business days for  a credit refund to appear back in the account used for the initial transaction. 

Please return all products in their original packaging. Products not returned in the original packing may be subject to a restocking fee. Products showing excessive use will not be refunded or exchanged.

Firearm Returns:

It is important to thoroughly inspect your firearm before completion of a firearm transfer. Once the firearm is transferred into your name, L2D Combat will not accept a return, the sale is final. For warranty issues, please contact info@l2dcombat.com. If you fail to meet all state and local requirements on the receiving end of a firearm transfer, it will be your obligation to make arrangements to have the item returned. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee.

 

The following steps will guide you through the return process
Step1
Email info@l2dcombat.com and request a return RMA number. We will issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and provide a UPS prepaid return label via email. If you do not have access to email, we can mail one to you.
Step 2
Pack up the product to be returned and fill out the return form being sure to list the assigned RMA# and "Return" clearly on the exterior of the package near the shipping label.
Step 3
Drop off the package at a UPS Store. You can call UPS for drop off locations at 800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or you can visit UPS online at www.UPS.com
